The bad boy admittedly looks cool in that pic, but I wouldn't do it to a Mk1 172 in Black, to rare to drastically change like that.

Get it lowered on a nice of of 16/17's

Yep the std oz rims are very nice. I too prefer them. When yuo go for tinting i'd say 30% tints all round as it's not too dark and sufficiently lights.

Looks alot better lowered. I'd be worried about the wheels rubbing looking at the offset, had any problems with them fouling the arches yet? One of the night shots shows it needs attacking with a PC as you've got some swirls there.

Yes i have problem with wheels, but I will solve this problem. Rims have ET15.

ET15 ah that explains it, they did look sat far out in the arches.

The paintwork has very fine circular scratches in it by the looks of it, called swirls. They are only obvious in direct sunlight or under streetlights at night. A PC is a random orbit machine polisher this will remove them and make the paint look like new again.

by hand it will be a tough job. When you decide to do it have a look in the detailing part of the forum. I know what you mean the weather is s**t here most of the time too lol.
