Video app that compensates for bluetooth audio lag?

Is there a video app that lets you adjust the delay between the video and the audio of a file, to bring them in sync when listening on bluetooth earbuds? So it would effectively play the audio before the video to compensate

Seems like it would be simple enough but maybe not

And that is the app I use! I had a look in settings but the delay setting only shows up as a button when a video is playing.
