Safety devices R017 bolt in?

Just looking at cages for my Clio. On the picture for the R017 it shows plates for the underside of the main hoop. Does this mean it’s now optioned as a fully bolt in cage?

Looks like it as I thought the usual cages had flat feet which were bolted to boxes with captive nuts welded into the floor?

Phoned safety devices to save the guessing. Picture is just generic image and they still require the boxes with captive nut welding into the cabin.
