need a new exhuast

right i think the baffles have gone from my backbox so im looking at getting a new one. My first idea was to get the k-tec stealth system with a sports cat. but l8ly people have been going on about the blueflame exhuasts. my question is,

is the blueflame a system if so is there no need for the sports cat, if it is is there cat anygood or is it still worth upgrading to a sports cat.

also has anyone got a sound clip they could send me/host of either the ktec stealth and sports cat and a clip of the blueflame on a 172.

Not sure but an exhaust system is normally to the cat so with a blue flame system a sports cat/ decat would still be needed for best gains.

its a catback, so no cat with it.

cheaper to go direct too, i got mine fitted at blueflame for £245.
