I wouldn't exactly say bum, I used him 4/5 times and had no issues. I didn't get invite to a family bbq though ?

And now I use Mick up at Nottingham if I need anything else and had no faults whatsoever

If you have not seen your car in 5 years then the chances of it still being a car or still on the road are slim to none.

If you cant find this "Marc Smit" you most defiantly won't be finding your car.

The consent has been given from the owner to the garage. A garage would keep a car if the payment was not made. They risk being sued but I’m sure it’s all civil with this. Do you have any proof that you gave him the car? I would get a lawyer and get your car back

For there to be theft there needs be a ‘dishonest appropriation of property’ and because when they appropriated the property it wasn’t dishonest it’s not theft.

I have being doing all sorts for the last 4 years, my recent plan of attack is informing every car group I can hence why your just finding out now.

Please keep stupid comments to yourselves people, that comment is not helpful in anyway. The fact of the matter is if someone has your car you cant legally get it back its plain and simple please understand this!!
