Is this gap normal under my headlight clio 182?

I had the bumper off today to fix a leaking headlight washer and after putting the bumper back on I noticed the gap under the headlight (probably normal and never noticed before) bumper feels solid and all bolts and screws in place. Thanks

I was hoping you wasn't going to say that ? I wonder where I went wrong ill whip it back off tomorrow and try again
