Clio 172 phase 1 offside rumbling CV joint - SKF

thinking a good after-market fix like this is the way to go, any experience.

Very confused as Europarts CB joint for an F4R730 is a 27 spline external, 35 at CV and 65mm diameter and the later 23 spline external, 30 at CV and 58mm diameter?
