I've just looked an if I got the passengers airbags off on the door, could that effect it when trying to run diagnostics? I keep the switch in the off position all the time as I have my little one in his baby seat in front almost daily. An I'll try the wires now. One mech I just spoke to said...
The airbag and service light was on when I bought it, however it was hpi clear and hasn't had any since I bought it.

Hi guys, I have the dreaded airbag and service light combo on. I borrowed a mates snap on diagnostic tool and tried to clear codes and turn the lights off, however it comes up saying the airbag ECU is locked. Any one have any idea how to get around this or switch airbag lights off?! Cheers...
It's handy, also if you get the right one, your display will say Renault instead of just being blank, an although I've noticed a little lag in mine, it beats pissing about with the stereo all the time.
Dab a little T-Cut on it ;)
But on a serious note, I feel your pain, done the same to my last car (before it was written off) an it was a killer, felt like crying lol.
Have anyone seen the car though to comment on it? Last year I got a fully working, unlocked iPhone 4 off ebay for £100, does that make it s**t?! No, I just got a bargain.
iirc the p1 and p2 have different style wing mirrors, so no a ph2 cover won't fit. However it's easy to remove them an spray em yourself. Failing that, take em off an send em to Spray shack on here, they're do a top job!
Wow forgot how many people was up their own ass on here! End of the day, it's a 1.2 clio, he ISN'T gonna be stupid enough to pay £2000 for a respray, and Kayzee simply offered some input.
Hey guys, yet another problem with the Clio (3door). I moved my passenger seat forward to get something out the back an left it forward as people would be getting in in the morning anyways. However when I got in this car this morning, I went to put the seat back an it is now just sliding back an...
I thought about Angel eyes once an got flamed like a b**ch! Admittedly I'm glad I was though, as having seen them on Clios, they're frickin horrid! You can normally pick up Duel Optics for a fair price on the bay!
However for your shape clio and if you seriously want em, these are the most OEM...
Generally speaking, aftermarket can look s**te, but I personally think if you have the right headunit it can look decent, if not better. (it looks much nicer with the red set up, this was taken after I had just fitted it)
I've used Dingmater before an can say they're very good. I managed to scrap my bumper trying to get out of a tight spot (my boss parked right up my ass). They was honest with me an said it would come out with a little buffer an polish! £20 later an you wouldn't guess there was any damage there...
Actually a typical scooby idiot! Every single owner of a scooby I've met is an absolute c**t. An as for this forum, it's honestly one of the most helpful I been on, anytime I have a problem, I've always been given help! Best £12 I've spent in a while. Screw those scooby driving dicks.
I'm expecting my first baby as well and I seriously think the clio will be more than up for the job. They're safe, spacious, have isofix and I'll still have my fun to drive car when the babies at home with mummy lol. Once you got two or more, then think about moving cars lol, maybe a nice scenic ;).
Hmm unlikely someone will know just by reg numer alone. Get a photo up! An don't knock the peugeots, I used to have a 107 (yes I know it's more or less just a Toyota haha), but can honestly they're great cars!! Also the 207s ain't bad (with the exception of the cunting 1.4 8v one they do).
