As silly as it sounds, I like the idea of an aluminium gear knob. My standard is starting to wear at the front and it needs replacing. The only thing is that I've come across standard looking one on eBay. Anyone had any experience? Any friendly advice or comments welcome!

I'm looking at the same thing.
I was just looking at these, don't know if anyone has experience with these? http://www.jjcraceandrally.com/race/wheel-spacers/jjc-hubcentric-wheel-spacer
I expect that they are logger, but i would be interested to know how they fair with other springs....... Link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Renault-Clio-2-98-05-Lowering-Spring-Kit-120621-/360430346216
I quite like the idea of the rear spoiler in carbon........ What do you think and anyone seen this before?

For the money you're spending you would easily get a mint golf with a 1.8t engine in it. I looked at the very same thing. The one thing that stopped me was that it would have been too low for where I live and I would be driving and taking out planks everywhere I go.
Anyone know if this would be any good and to be honest, what do you think? Anything I need to be aware of?

I really like this colour......... You can add any colour to it through the wheels etc. I just think green is too much for the whole car, a bit too max power (sorry!) It's your beast at the end of the day, in sure it'll be a quality job done.
Looking good! As said before, I'm sure I'll be asking for the same treatment for my Clio! My brother can't wait to pick his Megane up. Top bloke, thumbs up!
That's what I mean. Would these be ok? I thought half the point of the manifold was that tb's am le then fit most cars etc. If these are ok, what else would I need?
Hi guys,
Just after a bit of advice.
Im now looking at getting throttle bodies and have seen these. I know I'd need the manifold also. Im not a know it all so would like a bit of help!
Thanks!

I know the feeling. Bought the Mrs a golf gti which was immaculate, but had bumper and bonnet damage........ Fixed it up, looking mint, a car I was proud to drive..... with rs4 alloys and lowered nicely. Repaid with front bumper scraped in 3 days, back bumper scraped in a month and all alloys...
id take the car back.
i currently own a mk4 golf gti which i bought cat c which needed the repair. the repair was bumper, light and bonnet! £47 quid i think it cost me to have the check. all they check that its not a cut and shut and that all chassis numbers are correct and have not been...
To be honest, I never thought about it like that. The back mount was new too, but if that's s**t, then the middle bracket is trying to take the weight and stretching the rubber.
That's what I thought originally, the only valid reason I can see though is that its a pattern part centre section. When I bought it 6 weeks ago the guy had a new exhaust on it, so I think the hanger on the exhaust is skew wiff! It's also just pops off without breaking the rubber too as the...
Mine has broke twice in 6 weeks. the rubber is just no good and always looks too taught. I've seen the shackle and mount fix, but wondered if anyone had come up with anything else? I may weld and bend my own to then use a universal/normal exhaust rubber. I want it looking right and not mackled...
I get what you're saying. I was going to Get the number plate sorted like others too where it fits perfect, but I didn't want to be a sheep. But I suppose the whole sheep thing is because it looks the best!
