Hi all, Many of you will say this is a pointless thread as I only have a 1.2, but I'm only curious to know if there is anything I could do to make my clio faster... I.e. is there any chips, or like 172 injectors that I could fit? Cheers Simon

Check your central locking fuse, happened to me before

Nice car man, love the turini alloys on 182 instead of the standard ones, I just live in the newer houses next to the underpass :P (stones throw away)

saw a black 182 with turini alloys parked up at some lock ups in the Murray, i noticed the cliosport sticker on the back window... reg was MB04 FYS...

The problem, is coming from the large brown coloured fuse in the engine, it's not getting a relay to the starter motor... Hopefully replacing the fuse will solve the problem :)

Got my breakdown recovery service coming out, will let yous know how I get on incase other people are in my situation :)

Yea cheers mate, I'll try that when I get home, also read up the the thin black wire going into the solenoid can become loose so just making the connection between them better also can help fix it. Fingers crossed!

Are the fixable or is it the case of buying a new one? Also would it be worth while me phoning my breakdown cover to fix it?

As the title says, I'm getting a strange clicking noise coming from the fuse box within the engine, to add to this problem the car won't start! Thought it was a flat battery so tried to bump start, I could here the exhaust as if it was running but it wasn't... Could it be a relay problem...

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago, replaced the coil pack and was fixed :)

My Clio is called simba, and I have a small lion that sticks out one of the vents :D

I had a similar problem before and it was due to the fact that it was cold and wasn't getting used!
