No they won't....... Because nobody will have the balls to release these mad / concept cars again ( Renault over the years had the balls to make a few ).
We'll all be talking about high output electric battery cells...... Enjoy them while you can..........
I see it's kicked off again. You either like it or you don't.
I started with a phase 1 172 and now own both. It's not a practical car, It's not a fast car by todays standard and eats up cash when it go's wrong.
But every time i drive it out it puts the biggest cheeser on my...
Beg to differ fella, I look at my Odyssey blue everyday and i,ve seen it all light conditions and it's never ever looked that green before and the rear lights look right and don't look over exposed.
May well not be petrol blue but was the closest i could find going by that available colour...
It's all how you park your car fella, My two were always parked slightly parked nose downhill and the the road has a slight camber at the kerb, after a couple of days of rain the passengers footwell was a pond. It came in at the back and the water followed the seam sealer around the inside of...
Check the plastic bungs on the rear hatch opening ( two plastic discs that that snap into the door frame but move about ) I've popped mine out and siliconed them in on two of my cars.
The water run's down the valley at the back and enters the car here ( you can usually see watermarks inside )...
Nah Gaz It's too green.
Had a dig about and their is a a colour called Petrol blue ( metallic illusion ) Paint code F94.
It was a special Renault id paint
( Special order )
Cheers Jay, I look into that.
Cheers Gally, Does make sense, just trying to work out how effective they are having never used one ( even a road car )
I'm just going for lightness ( Hence binning the heater ) rather than spending on go faster bits, The side windows will be next and i'm...
Has anybody ever tried it in a stripped out clio though, I think i found a place that can supply for £250.
But if it going to be just all right , then i might just give it a miss.
Knockhill on a rainy Sunday can be a bugger with the car misting up.................
Also, Do these have to be...
Does it work well in a track car with the heater box binned though ?
I need to replace mine because of a chip thats just about to crack and might go that route if it works.
Yeah that is your earth, Should go into the pin next to your heavy yellow, You may find that the head unit will be working when the aerial is plugged back in as it's pulling one from the outer part of the coax cable.
Not ideal, and running like that might generate a bit of electrical noise...
I've been studying yours already dude, But see you have no pic's of the upper fixing in place. Did you get it fixed to the top hole? ( It looks low )
I'm planing on using this cage for a bit of competition work and don't want to trip myself up at scrutineering, So trying to get it spot on...
Cheers Danny,
I have most of it stripped out and sitting in place, The top mounts on the rear hoop only seem to line up with the adjustable sliding seat belt mounting hole on the B pillar.
Ideally i'd like to remove these sliding mech's but quess this is where the rear hoop was meant to...
Got a secondhand 6 point cage and just about to start installing it, Can anybody scan and send me the instructions please.
I know it's not rocket science, But interested in the mounting box sections proper location/ dimensions and the "B" pillar attachment.
Cheers
Guy's there are V6's going for that now......... The world has changed. Money was cheap and things went mad, Now it's harder to come by, everyone is spending wisely.
I'm amazed at what 1 Deg of camber looks like, I had read somewhere that 1 deg shims would bring the top of the wheel in 10cm, But it didn't sound right ?
Might be the case looking at that pic.
Agreed, But i've had a couple of moments on track and it kind of makes sense if i ever do run out of talent.
On the road it would just be a waist of time.
Has my brain just made this up or was it ever possible to get a Ph1 airbag with the Renault logo and airbag sign highlighted in silver like the Mk2's ???
I've just had my wheel retrimed and the original airbag looks well boring in it.
