I've had a similar problem with my Milltek which still hasn't been sorted, I thought it was a baffle that had gone, however, I had this response from Milltek: "As the system does not include any baffles/deflector plates in the silencers it is difficult for these to fail." :S How does yours...

I'm pretty sure I've heard a few of the guys on here saying that with this combination, the discs will wear at an increased rate compared to the pads i.e. you will need to change the discs before the pads. I may be wrong though :)
