MOT time, I don't think they work, but our Octavia would just randomly spray them and then go weeks without a squirt. Do they always work, is there a magic to them? Do they not work for a while and then work? How can I test them?

Pull away from the house and fans work fine with horn. A few minutes in and the blowers stop, and you can't use the horn?! Any ideas? Thanks
