Iv had a d40 for a few years and tbh never used it as I can't be bothered carrying it about. I just want something small that is still decent, offering a bit more than a standard point and shoot. Would you recommend one of these over the others from samsung etc in this field.

I wouldn't worry about a tv with a young kid, iv just done it and he's nearly 4, won't be a problem. Personally the only real solution in a weird shaped room like that. Would be the tv on the longer wall, with two 2 seaters facing each other, one backing the kitchen, one backing the balcony.

Its cheaper to do it fixed term, thats what iv done as i know i get the used out of it. No idea on price for both, i got my ipad 1st gen when the 2nd came out for 300 iirc. Its alot cheaper to get wifi only for any tablet with the separate dongle.

Do not get a 3g, they cost more and the deals for the sims are extortion for what you get. A tablet is mostly used for streaming video/music from the net and you will use the 3-5gb easily. Buy a 3 mifi dongle, can use your phone and laptop off it aswell. 18 quid will get you 15 GB!!!!

So would all recommend a J1, pc world are doing on for 405 quid with an extra 50 quid off. 355 quid for what looks like a mint piece of kit. I also like the small size of the lens that comes with it, would like to keep the kit as small as possible.
