Ive got stage 1 from clio turbo and chuffed to bits with the change from standard. Totally different car.
For me its plenty at 230bhp. Yes id love more but you can drive it like a standard car. Had no probs with reliablity except for a loose coil pack

Im used to the old style acutor rods where you had loads of play to tweak ajustment.
What about this? Seems to be a joiner nut so it cant really be ajusted??
I know you dont have a vice but it is alot easier, have you a local garage u can pop to and get them to press it out for a beer token?

Noticed this first going round castle coombe when i drop down from 3rd to 2nd at quite high revs i get whine/noise from gearbox or clutch once the clutch is fully released and its in gear its fine noise stops.
Its done it a couple more times when ive been driving enthusiastic dropping down gear...
What i meant is if you just going to boot it from a standing start or sit on the limiter it will take is toll.
The gearboxs can be a weak point but if your sensible should last a while
Your gauges look spot on i thought,is it for a clio or universal holder?
Yeah put the cooler black, dont think it would of looked right being silver has the front ends all colour coded, keeps it a bit of a sleeper too
