1) Get your inlets ported and polished - £
2) Cams - ££
3) ITBs - £££
4) Turbo Kit - ££££
5) Supercharged - ££££

I got sent on a SAC in October 2012, from memory it was a 35 in a 30 - bad day at work forgot there was a speed camera at the bottom of the hill. Admiral (who I'm currently insured with) have it on my renewal document that I went on a SAC, like this on the document:

I've done the job of repairing them a couple of times now and honestly your best option is just to replace the jets. It works out less hassle and they last longer than the Halfords return valves in my experience. My advice would be to replace both of your washer pumps while you have it in pieces...
