u got PAS in the ph3 shell?
im not running PAS on my RT valver and need to know what i gotta do to get the alternator running without the pas pump
do i use the alternator bracket and aux belt off a non pas non ac rsi?
right got some pics albeit not very good ones.
so the engine is currently sat in the bay like this
and the diff casing (white line) is already hitting the steering rack so the engine cannot be straightened up in the bay.
any ideas how to sort this?
right im currently fitting an F7p to my mk1 RT.
came to fitting the lump today, with a derv gearbox, the lump went in ok but the differential is now sat on the steering rack and the dogbone/cradle is about 3inch away from the bracket on the gearbox.
im using the origional rt dogbone and top...
theres one of these sat in the garage where im building my valver, its got a janspeed exhaust and sounds like a big american muscle car, it loves to drift aswell had a bit of fun in the empty yard outside the garage, bit wild, but ultimate classic ford :cool:

the wireing problem might be just a simple thing that youve not checked yet, might be something right under your nose as daft as it sounds, anyway good luck sorting that issue
wingmirrors look cool as, and out of interest how much was the oil...
right so heres a few piccys (sorry about the quality camphone only)
empty engine bay (very dirty/oily, the oil seems to have protected the subframe etc from rot.
old 1.4 energy lump had 20k miles put on it in one year with no breakdowns...whos says french cars are unrealiable
new...

finally got a gearbox, one out of a 1.9 derv, got that fitted
stilllll lacking a downpipe for both of the manifolds ive got, getting redic. now lol
