My brother has the studio's and they are amazing. In fact they're so good that i don't like them! You can't hear any outside noises when you have them on, it's horrible. If you wore a pair whilst walking down the street you'd probably get run over as you wouldnt hear the car coming! Lol...

Once you've driven one for a while you don't even hear the whine anymore. You kinda zone out to it.

Come to think of it mine does do it periodically. Not enough to bother me though.

What is the Brand and Model of router? It'll be rebranded as O2 not actually made by them.

A Vacl would work, although for the purpose of what you're doing two routers would have made more sense as you could choose which routes should be advertised out of each specific interface. And yeah it's best to keep them as /25's to keep it simple, vlan'ing them should be enough though.
