We want evidence that you're as good as you say. And obv a load of carbon shinyness to look at.
Chop Chop cowboy. X
I can guarantee i wont be suprised what some garages are like, i work in the motor trade. But its not always a case of something being done dodgy, usually its just doing what has to be done.
Why exactly is the cambelt kit so expensive for Clio's anyway?
How come only Renault Specialists can have the correct locking tools?
Oh wait, maybe it's because you think its too cheap cause you always choose to pay more for a 'specialist'. What exactly needs to be specialist to change cambelt?
It's only a clio with a bigger engine in it, so it just...
Fast and quick are two different things.
I'd rather a quick car, since most of roads around here are B roads. A 1.6 engine with 1.4 gearbox (providing ratio's are shorter) will make it really fun to rifle through the box chasing things. Even standard dynamique's handle great, especially...
agree'd the rev's are fun, but if the diesel has loads of torque from low down then there's no need to rev or hold the gears, just go for a higher gear and foot down.
high torque gives much more predictable and controllable wheelspin so less power is lost, plus, you can do loads more laps on...
I lived with one for 11months, every day i did about 60miles, none motorway, mostly B roads. I can safely say, while they're not quick top end (my dci 80 ran out of puff around 80ish, kept going but slowly) they can certainly hold it on a country lane.
I used to blast to and from college down...
i looked into getting a dashtop for a dci i used to have, i was going to put my own screen in the dash for headunit but it was around £400 for dashtop alone from dealers, and no one had one second hand cause they're so rare!
good luck...
Anyone have a picture of this sort of bulb in a projector style headlamp?
It's similar to the Ring Arctic White bulbs avail from Motorlands. Just wondered how they'd look in a TT with projector lamp lenses.

I know this most probably isn't the ClioSport kinda thing, but people talk and hear things. I was wondering what sort of kits are available in the UK.
Had a look on http://www.airbagit.com and there are all sorts of options for different kits and seperate bits. Building an air ride system...
Thanks again, reason i asked is cause on the download link on the website, there was also a 'command line interface' listed under the Windows section.
Appreciate the help (Y)
Thanks guys.
I'm unsure til we get there, was going to get hold of a cable with s-video one end and red white + yellow other end, then take a scart adaptor i got with old xbox to suit, incase it only has scart. Should be sufficient?
Available from HandBrake.fr? Is it freeware?
Would...
What converter have you used and what's decent out there?
Going on holiday in couple weeks and gf's dad has a DVD collection that rivals Play.com lol. All real ofcourse...
I'd like to convert some to mp4 for putting on our ipod's for the flight and to watch on my laptop whilst we're there...
I use Meg's Hyper dressing at 1:1.
Apply with sponge applicator block and leave for 10 mins, wipe with MF then reapply as many times as wanted. I find 3 coats gives a decent gloss which is nice and dark. If you don't use car daily it lasts months. Used daily it lasts a good couple weeks or so.
It's not holgram i'm looking for, and that looks totally different to the hologram dci i had. mine looked quite purple and pearly.
Whats a decent metallic grey that renault do? Tempest is too green...
I know it's not hologram grey/silver. Need a decent silver/grey metallic to respray our van with (from transco blue )
Something similar to bonnati grey that range rovers come in, but brighter, and renault/similarly priced alternative. Summat easy to get hold of...
Cheers :)
I'm gonna have to comment on the photoshop you tried, and suggest tryin the silver bits yellow with black GT stickers. Then the mirrors black with new style yellow 'elf' stickers... That would work well.
doesn't the snowfoam slide off if you have decent wax/sealant on the car? I find this happens quite a lot.
would it be better to use the snowfoam when the car is dry?? i usually wet the car first...
