It was a spark plug loose! car sounded like a fookin tractor with a racing exhaust on lol. The lead was broke on the plug also and the bottom of the plug was totally smashed. Mmmmmmmm new leads and a plug please! Hope its nothing else :S

Before anyone says its not the charcoal cannister as i have changed it last month! Its either the tappets or a belt but its driving me mad, Can someone please tell me how to tell whats making the noise! it doesnt do it when its cold and you cant hear it inside the car. cheers :)

The cup lives, insurance phoned up to say they can definately repair the cup! So its spared death... Im sooo happy cos i know its a GOOD one. ;)
