cotball, I have his details thanks, but need the details of who ever won them ?
If it's anyone off here, I would much appriciate it so I can talk to them to explain they are reported stolen.
Drove past you last night in the other direction, heading towards Jn24-25. You where on the floor looking under the car at about 2:45am this morning. Felt bad as it was a pretty shyt night of weather!
Hope you got it sorted :)
Hi :) That would be me dude.
I thought it might of been you. My old man spotted your car before I even did... Poor awareness on my behalf lol. Looked nice though, Proper low too lol!
Seems the Fifa 12 demo has haulted Xbox LIVE! Just went to download them demo and can't connect. Had a browse on the Xbox forums and seems LIVE is down for 80% of users.
If your getting an MTU error when testing your connection, don't worry it's not your router. It's LIVE. They say it should be...
Very nice. I did mine last week. Took a good few hours with some 2500 and 1500 wet grit sand paper. Finished off with some Tropica 1500grit cut polisher and now they look spanking new.
Nick(Wazza182) had K-Tec's new 438's fitted last month. Was down there for the mapping and he made some pretty good gains with them. Plus, they idle great on standard management.
If you mean the bloke where all the robotic bodies are he's bloody hard to kill. Took me about ten times trying to beat him. Best thing to do is as soon as the action starts throw a grenade at he's feet then blast him with the laser rifle. After, keep jogging round and you'll soon learn where he...
Re: Ollie's Silver Cup - JMS RS2/428s/Wilwood/2118
I'm a little disappointed with the news of the cams. I purchased mine from jms themselfs stating that I wanted them fitted with the rs2 and at the time was told this was fine. Now news has risen that it's not ideal I feel a little let down...
I think that's something I would agree on, Most of the car's that have made good power seem to be the 172's
For instance Ollie seems to be happy with he's ''un-mapped'' and he has a 172.
Would be good to hear your outcome when you have it done mate. I'm still waiting for mine to be fitted...
Re: Ollie's Silver Cup - JMS RS2/428s/Wilwood/2118
Check this thread Nick. http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?552022-Project-182/page9
Plenty of graphs comparing the cams, RS2 and a near stock car.
Re: Ollie's Silver Cup - JMS RS2/428s/Wilwood/2118
Option 3 ;)
After seeing Nick's car I think they're the best bet. It's something I will be doing once I sort things out with my job!
Thats a shame, I can imagine it being great fun in an mk1!
The best thing about Bex's car is she uses it as a daily driver. Just goes to show how usable they are around town. Great bit of kit IMO.
Geat write up mate. Glad you put the graphs up too. Gives a good idea of your car in comparison to a near standard one.
All in all though, K-Tec looked after us well that day and it was a good long trip that was worth the journey.
Ditto! After seeing Nick's results I'm very happy to see's these perform well.
Look forward to the write up Nick. Don't forget those comparison graph's ;)
I get this every now and then. I have to blip the trottle to keep the revs up if I want it to start first time. Like others have said it only happens when I've left the car over night but sometimes it won't happen for weeks.
Re: Ollie's Silver Cup - JMS RS2/428s/Wilwood/2118
An expensive bit of fun lol. Hopefully the gains are good so me and Ollie can get the go ahead with the 428's :)
I kinda got annoyed with the 15's in the end. Just didn't like the way they looked. They'll prob be up for sale in a few weeks.
Lolz yeah, it's coming up to a year now! Got no date set so have no idea when it's planned to be fitted :(
I had black turini's before in 15's :)
The coilovers are Vmaxx's. There not to hard so you still get a decent ride around towns and there's no rubbage either. Can't fault them tbh.
Decided to clean the car today after 3 long months. Being a work horse I can never be arsed to do it but after 100,000 miles, it still scrubs up well (from distance)
Nice update Nick. A little kind with some words with regards to the experience. All in all it's a great kit which goes with one of the smartest and well looked after 182's on here.
The 438's should make a very interesting day at Ktec, shame I can't come along but the results will be something...
