This is an extremely long shot and apologies for bumping an older thread. There isn't anyone on here that owns my old Inferno 182 is there? It was a full fat with the Recaro seat pack. One of only eight specced like it from new.
Came up behind me heading into the city centre and tried to bully me into moving over. He was beeping his horn at me also even though I was driving the speed limit.
Terribly driven I must say. Overtook me and went down towards Hyson green.
Oh and he also had his fog lights on.
Looks good. I'm on PistonHeads as well. :) Nice to see another Inferno with recaros, even if it is a cup. ;) Were they an option or did you fit them after you had the car?
I've got mine done recently and thought about this. I decided against it due to the fact that there is nothing else body coloured inside the car. If I'd got the steering wheel done I'd have wanted to get the gearstick gaiter done, and probably colour code some other things including the dash...
What did these end up turning out like? I'm on the look out for some new mats. I've found these ones but don't know whether or not the logo might be a bit much. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/370542948413?var=640015488401&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

Its on the East side of Birmingham, 40 miles from where I live in West Bridgford so its not too bad. I've been putting it off for so long I just thought I'd get it done while I had the chance. It is possible for him to do it if you mail your steering wheel to him, but I'm not that technically...
Okay sounds good. I've ordered half a hide whatever the hell that means so I assume they'll be enough to go over the thumb grips as well. Thanks very much for the advice guys. I'll put up pictures after its been done.
Interesting. I'll have to look into the cost of a new one then eventually. I assume its like the spring/thing that winds the belt up as opposed to the actual belt?
So I've booked my car in to get the steering wheel retrimmed next week. The replacement leather is pretty much an identical colour which is good news and I'm having it stitched in white/grey to go along with the other silvery coloured bits in the car. I was originally going to do orange...
