the reservoir was full and couldn't see or feel any leaks. My thought air is getting into the system somehow. The garage has said its the clutch but don't want her to pay to have it changed and still not fix the problem.

just another area of caution is be careful placing the tripod bearings into the cup in the gearbox. I had one fall apart leaving the needle bearings in the gearbox. That was a fun day

Got the Aircon regassed in the ph1 a couple of weeks ago only for the throttle cable to snap just before this weather. So had the cup with no ac today. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be once on the move.

have you tried cleaning the crankshaft sensor, quite a common problem for not starting and just cranking over.
