That looks like a Power Magic Pro. It looks at the voltage of the car battery for Sat Navs hardwired in (make shift parking mode). Normally a cigarette lighter socket plugged into it, but I'm guessing that's missing.

Surprised you spun there, normally just keep your foot in and take a bit of mud if you go in too hot. Lift off? I normally use third gear.

Or save a fortune and go for Eibach Pro-kit springs. Very minimally lower than cup springs.

Very easy. Takes about 15mins. Guide in the guides section. Make sure you find both screws below the cruise control buttons (One is completely hidden.)
