There is a nice cup with 49k on the clock for sale @ 4.5k and that’s not shifting. Wouldn’t mind understanding their thought process.

If it's the one I'm thinking of then it's properly mint; i.e. nigh on concourse condition. Still strong money but certainly expected to be priced well above your average condition 172 Cup.
