Soft pedal over time but no obvious leak?

Have a 172 cup setup but the pedals been going soft over time, recently manually bled just the n/s rear and the pedal was nice and firm but has gone soft again, bled both rears and again same thing. I looked and put my finger on every fitting in the car, looked at the lines and theres no obvious leak. Starting to think it could be the mc or could it be the calipers? The rears have no visual fluid but could the seals be going? Its strange that just bleeding one corner the pedal was real firm

how long for the pedal to go soft?

One drive and a day sitting, then the pedal needs to be pumped to get them to engage properly.

When I pressure bled after installing the system, the pedal was firm but there was like an air pocket type thing when I pushed the pedal hard. I didnt bench bleed the mc then, since then Ive bled them again and the pedal travel is real short, too short. Like there was a pocket or click half way in the pedal travel, do you think its busted mc or not bled properly?

  dan's cast offs.
check for a sticking caliper/slider first then clamp flexis off apart from one, bleed that one and then clamp it and work through the rest of them.

Alot of fluid over the servo and mc. Could it be the seals? Letting air in?
