Hose to garden tap connections

  Clio 182 Trophy
Recently upgraded my cheap plastic hose with a decent rubber industrial style hose pipe.

Its got a 16mm internal diameter and a 22mm external diameter. The regular hozelock connections just about squeeze on but I doubt they will last.

Had a good google but struggling to find something that’ll fit on this hose but then clio onto my normal karcher/outside tap male connector.

Anyone have a clue where to look?

Don't tempt me.

Any of those extendable hoses I’ve seen are normally fucked, good idea, not sure there any good in practice.

they leak after a few uses, i've had two and both went the same way.

Has anyone found a hose connector that doesn't bloody leak yet?

thats what ive seen tbh, i recently got some hoselock connectors, new type push on rather than screw on, so far im impressed with them, and would buy again.

Geka are good, use them when I was at the garden centre. Otherwise I really like the brass stuff you get in tool station...and it's cheaper than hoselock too

Since I posted ive sent back the large size hose and ordered the correct size one. Going to get those stainless quick connects from toolstation soon too to make it all easier and longer lasting.
