Saw the advert pop up on Northern Retro the other day, but glad you've decided to keep it (for now!)
I spent my teenage years in my dad's M-reg 520i Touring including driving it a few times as a 17 year old.
They sound surprisingly nice for a big old bus with that 6-cylinder engine as well.

What's next then? Thundersley Invacar?

I know you should never go back but it’s looming large on the horizon...

I think it’s the sticker on the windscreen making it look a bit 90s max power. Looks ok other than that IMO.

Good lad! I took the sticker off at the end. Just had the ‘Swedish metal’ one on the boot. I’m off to view on Sunday. If it’s how I left it I’ll be bringing it home.

I'm afraid to say that I'm with @Cookie in that I just don't get the 940 thing at all. I drove to Italy in a 740 and Scotland in a 940. Bloody awful things in my view. You've had some lovely motors, but this one I just can't see the appeal in. Same for the BMW though to be honest, as much as that will upset some.

Each to their own and all that though. If you're having fun, who cares what I think.
