Always wondered what happened to my old cup, surprised its never surfaced on here. Still MOTd currently, I sold it in 2015 i think. SW05NPV was the reg.

I bought my RB 182 Cup abt six weeks ago always wanted one as it's a great and rare colour and the Cup is a sibling to my Trophy. Fitting new turnini's in a darker antriciate, which really suits the RB colour. Superb hot hatches got the chance today to take both cars together, hope alls well as it's an RB Forum. :smiley:

They aren't cheap! Last time I checked they was just shy of £300.

Mate it's as nice ride. Especially for coilovers. They are the perfect "fit and forget" coilover and much comfier than cooksports.

Yes I run 16mm front spacers and 5mm rear spacers.

Thanks for the advise on the coilovers. Kam racing have 25% off b14's at the moment, I live in Norfolk and the B roads are bumpy as hell, but I guess the same can be said for most of the U.K. The standard cup shocks are probably the same ones from new so really want to refresh them....maybe I should wait and spend a bit extra for b14's? Anyways keep the stunning pics of RB coming!!!

Cheers dude! Think I’ve managed to get most of the swirls out, my investigations whilst washing suggest the paint had never been decontaminated in 13 years. There’s an area on the bonnet from someone presumably using a sponge made out of sandpaper that I can’t fix sadly, apart from that I’m quite pleased

A decent underground car park/multi story will have good lighting.

If your handy with a camera, use the tripod on a long exposure to allow more light in?

Yep multi story would have been ideal but I don’t live that close to one. One of these days I’ll actually buy a decent camera, I haven’t owned one for years. Smartphones do the job in 90% or situations and are so easy to use, share and edit with.

I believe they have been painted. Not by me as it was like it when I bought it and doesn' look like a normal rattle can job. Maybe some form of plastic paint?

Admittedly I edited the pics so they probably look darker also but they are quite black in the flesh.

Also as @Cerrone said, qtechnic c4 works wonders.

So thought I would post a quick post to show my new little toy. 2005 Racing Blue 182 - Scorpion Exhaust

, Decat, Matched Inlets, KTEC Induction and Remap, Gas flowed Head pushing out a healthy 189 bhp and 165 torque. Painted dash, trendlines and retrimmed wheel have also been done in my ownership along with most the mods.

You shouldnt really need to match the inlets with it being an 05 plate and having the RS stamped inlet.
