I’ve started using Slim’s Detailing which seem pretty competitive and their service is spot on, on the BH though the price is pretty much the same as most of the main detailing places, albeit i had discount built up from previous orders to use.

For what its worth, I've been using PowerMaxed foam for a while, and it's pretty solid.
But then I don't have the knowledge of many in here about the different brands, so it may be comparatively waff

I currently use auto finesse snow foam and also auto glyms own foam. just ordered a 5ltr of the bilt hamber stuff to try after the rave reviews on here.

I vote G101 with very warm water. Only time I ever find snowfoam useful is post machine polish, even then I usually just eave it till the next wash to remove any dust. Total gimmik.

G101 is very strong definitely not wax safe - although brilliant for a lot of jobs

I just tried the Bilt Hamber Auto foam after the recommendation from @gally and was amazed by how wel it worked. I looked at the ininstructions on the can which said "spray on, leave 5 or ten minutes, wash off". Did this on my car, not too dirty, but been sitting on drive since before the snow, hmm, pretty good. Tried on my daughter's car last washed same time as mine, but she's been doing 250 miles a week and was filthy with salt & muck. Again with just a rince up it came up pretty well. I didn't even bother with the Wonder Wheels as the foam got them pretty good too. So thanks for the recommendation.

It's actually not bad. Especially cleverly diluted. BH would advise better.

#coating bloody autocorrect. Perhaps stick with the Gtechniq foam I have on the BM and get some BH for the Clio which isn’t coated

We use Gtechniq foam on coated cars and Bilt Hamber on everything else. Valet Pro Advanced is also worth a shout.

Might try the Gyeon when the Gtechniq runs out

Gyeon slightly thicker than both and works equally well. Worth the extra pennies IMO.

The car has MOHs+
The products seem nice although there coating range is pretty confusing

Always keep brands together if you have a ceramic coating. They can be a pain although not as much these days ime.

The Gtechniq snow foam seems ok so far on the Gyeon coatings but will get some Gyeon snow foam soon

I've bought the BH snow foam today, and had a quick test at 1:100 dilution, and I can say it did nothing, and it was starting to ''disappear'' after not even 3 minutes.

What ratio do you guys use to get a decent clean ?

Ummm I put just less than an inch in bottle then dilute on lance to suit what I want
