Fuel rail guard

Been having problems with my fuel rail guard coming off, twice in the last 12 months or so the metal rods have sheared off after the nuts appear to have worked loose/disappeared. When looking at the 2 holes in the guard also they do not seem to be identical, one is circular while the other is more oval, could anyone on here confirm if this is not right, seems to me like the oval hole should be circular also and has became oval due to vibration etc and then putting stress on the rods causing them to shear? Or maybe I'm wrong, can't find a pic of another guard to compare. Pics below, cheers!

Should also note that I never had any problems with the fuel rail guard until after I had a polybosh dogbone mount fitted, could just be coincidence or has anyone else experienced similar?

1 round hole and 1 oval hole is normal . They can rattle and become loose . Try some thread locking compound on the nuts .
