Anybody had problems with the external temp sensor reading the wrong temp. My Megane says it's 0 degree the clio say's it's 25 degrees, do I need a new sensor? Any ideas?

My lads got a Clio 03 and the Hazards have just stopped working. I've checked that the cabling its ok and I can't see a fuse. Any idea's?
