Its been so long I cannot remember who this was with! It may have been AVO. They had a good product at first when they relaunched but then f****d up their products with such poor manufacturing and assembly they went out of business. We are yet to see whats going to happen in the future with the...
Whats on the original car? A standard OEM cat? Most likely the aftermarket one is smaller in length as this will make it cheaper. It will mean it should potentially flow better but not work as well at filtering.
They work. I prefer the BC Racing ones they can be fitted to your coilovers as they have an extra bearing to reduce steering friction. What coilovers are you running?
The BC top mounts are better as they have a little bit of adjustment. I'd run with them set for extra caster. If you are buying the BC then you wouldnt really swap them.
Not as good as AST but half the price. I think better than the GAZ and BC due to the type of damper, and using a rear coilover
AST have really good damping but are rather expensive for a track day car arguably overkill if you are not chasing lap times and still need the maintenance checks...
Covid got in the way so the project stalled massively.
We are thinking about this again. I'm contemplating making it a bit easier with a move to normally aspirated but this lends another issue as the rotary then lacks power. We'd potentially be better with a K24 race engine pumping 350bhp. It...
We do them at a reasonable price however we use a next day courier for parts so its not cheap compared to a royal mail 'get it in a week' service. Renault parts (and parts in general) are going up signifiantly due to large rises in material costs.

I think I worked it out on one of the wheel calculators that if you move to a 15 x 7 wheel, the matching offset to the 182 cup is the ET38.5.
This should be a little further from the suspension strut and sit slightly inboard compared to the larger wheel and tyre of the 182 cup.
Been a while...
Pick a standard tyre that has rim protection - usually the tyre suppliers say if the tyre does or doesnt. However it wont help you as much as improving your skill at parking :D
BC is not really serviceable. It costs as much to do a basic service as BC charge for a new replacement strut. You therefore just replace.
The BC is a good all round kit. Its been a good quality cheap option for the last few years. The price increases of importing have put it in range of other...
AVO's new kit is the RT. I custom spec these for full on track use. Personally I dont favour the Spax or GAZ setups as a monotube you can go softer on the front than the rear. I run 500lb (9kg) front springs,600lb (11kg) rear. With good valving it works. I've got a few customers running similar...
If its a monotube rear coilover I'd be happy with an 8kg spring. My Tractive coilovers are 600lb springs on the back and I can happy drive that to a circuit. A- Roads are interesting but not terrible. With a twin tube setup it would suck ass though...
I think the Indiana Jones ones are on steam. I picked up Monkey Island 2 for about £2 :D You can play with the better graphics or classic mode with MI2
