Any good as a doner car?

ive got a Laguna 2.0 turbo. Rare car and decent spec.. put 12months mot on with all repairs and now can't shift it 😂

So if I can't sell... are they any good as a doner car for a Clio/kangoo project. I know they are like 175bhp and not like Meganes but a few tweeks should see 200bhp and a fun project.

Worth the effort? :down::up:

Never mind, didn't take long to find it on gumtree!

As sad as it is I think it's maybe a little rich, I didn't get much more for my newer GT.

The 205 is basically a 225, not sure about yours tbh. Want a swap for a PD130 passat?!

I actually don't have a decent pic, it's on 197k but loads of history and a tow bar for towing broken clios about!

ETA, I found this one!

It's a bit of an awkward car really. Doesn't fit anywhere sort of thing so the market is limited, I actually like it.

Most folk would go for the diesel equivalent

I know it's a bit old man car I think.

It drives pretty well and ain't the slowest of barges. I have a diesel one aswell so if I did use as a doner then I could spec up the diesel with it, would prefer to punt save the hassle :smile:
