Refilling the coolant system.

Done a quick search but cant find anything and its a bit of a n00b question.

Any particular way/process to re fill the coolant system after fitting a new rad? do I have to bleed the system etc?

also do I need to use the green renault stuff or is the red pink stuff you can buy from Halfrauds ok?

the F4R manual has the bleeding process in that

from memory

take cap off header tank
open bleed screw on thermostat housing
fill with coolant until a constant flow out of the bleed hole, replace bleed screw
start engine and monitor coolant level
top up where necessary
run engine until fan cuts in
replace header cap
