OS X Yosemite

Quite tempted to get an SSD, just upgraded the RAM to 8GB.

I did this on my mid '09 MBP before upgrading and it's made a huge difference. SSD might be a bit much at the moment though.

Only issue I'm having is when connected to an external monitor and expanding (for example) photoshop to fit screen it jumps back to my mac screen. Finder windows also won't expand fully when dragged..

Does anyone know if the Yosemite update addresses the crashes that Mavericks instigated during sleep mode.
When I close the lid or 'sleep' after an hour or so the Apple logo flashes and the computer restarts. Then you get the system has recovered from an error message.
I never had this on Mountain Lion on my mid 2012 Air

I've not had any gpupanic errors since upgrading. However it has frozen at least twice, requiring a hard reboot.
