Not connecting to the internet, HELP

[Spiezels]

It says it had full connection which is all fine but when i go to safari and try to load a page the screen goes grey (translucent) with the word "connecting" and the little spinning thing in the middle.

Starting doing it out of nowhere, so cant get on the net. DAMN IT.
