Having a bit of bother trying to insure the Mazda.

Spent 31mins on the phone to a certain company listing all the modifications to then be asked "Is it remapped"....."Yes it is"......"Oh sorry we can't cover you then"

Any good companies people can recommend?

Only really need to insure it for about 1000miles per year. I am 23 and coming up to 4 years ncb.

Greenlight on here accept modified cars mate. I am not sure if they definitely do imports but cant see why not. I think it is neil @ greenlight you need to speak to fella. Good luck.

Gave Greenlight a call but unfortunately they can't insure me either :( I did get a recommendation to try Adrian Flux, but after what I've read about them on here I'm not so sure.

Albeit at the far end of the scale with a little Eunos but AFlux seem to have a specialist cover for imported cars with modifications (I have mine covered for a superchargerI havent yet fitted). Just tell them you dont want auto renewal and you should be fine.

Well, I am fed up of ringing insurance companies. Going to try one last time tomorrow and call Adrian Flux. If they say no I'm selling it. :(
