How to stop videos automatically playing on Facebook on iPhone 6

I've been reading how to do this online and the settings people advise changing seem different to the ones I have available. I go into settings > Facebook . settings but under video the only option is 'Upload HD'.
Can anyone help as the videos playing automatically is sucking up a lot of my data allowance (as well as just being annoying!)

My android phone has the option to turn off auto playback of videos, would've thought they'd keep the Android/iOS apps in step, is yours definitely up to date?

The setting to turn it off for me is under "App settings" where other settings are like notifications, sounds etc.

In Facebook app > More (bar at the bottom) > Settings (At the bottom) > Videos > Auto-Play to Off. Sorted
