Gen 90 ECU to Serial Port wiring help

Hi Guys

I have a Ktec Gen 90 ECU and I damaged the cable connecting the ECU to Serial Port. I still have it but it is disconnected from the actual Serial port. Its 3 wires need to be soldered back but unsure to which pins. I have 3 wires red, blue and green that connect to 2,3 and 5 but can you confirm which one to where?

am I right to thinking:

Pin 2 Receive = Blue
Pin 3 Transmit = Red
Pin 5 Ground = Green
