Driveshaft Support Bearing Bracket - how to remove and refit?

Help!

Working on my Clio 182 (both cup packs) right now. Have old shaft out (driver’s side), looking to fit new shaft. However, I’m not sure how to remove the support bracket from the old bearing. Can anyone help please?

Also, how do I fit to the new bearing without causing damage to the bearing?

It just pulls off by hand only held on with dirt.

Thanks. Couldn’t pull mine off. I ended up using the press to press it out. Cleaned up the bracket nicely and it’s slipped on over the new bearing with a few very light taps of a small hammer.
