diy valves

can anyone put me in the right direction ivw taken the rocker cover off and want to take the head off to.see the damage to the valves oncw the rocker covers off how do i take the head off any help???

The dephaser and cam gear have to come off before you can go deeper into the engine.

My immediate thoughts. If your engines broken buy a new one they are cheap as chips.

Totally agree with the above I ordered a Ph1 engine off Tim Finch and it turned up the next day on a pallet for £250 all in.
Standard engines just aren't worth saving, if you're half competent mechanic you'll swap it out and be running again in a day.
