Buying: Trade VS Private

These two have come under what I'm looking for,

Private:

Trade:

Got the idea of I could offer abit of a silly low price (£1500? if the car was all ok) for the trade one, as I know it's been there for alittle while now. But then you think, why has it been there so long? What are they covering up to try get it shifted etc. It's said to have been damaged but I don't think that worries me?

But the private one is pritty much perfect, just that little bit more.

What are you guys opinions on the advantages/disadvantages of buying from trade, or private?

Bottom one will be Cat C/ D, minor bump to wing usually means its been through a hedge backwards. On its roof.

Best to sell private but to but its own choice really. I bought from a trade as I wanted a full one years AA warranty and a tad of peace and mind. It covers anything from gearbox to sensors and for only £180 it was worth it IMO.

Sell private buy private:D
Why pay extra for same item :S

Ive always done this, even though is it abit more of a pain you get alot more for your money, obviously if your minted this isnt an issue but for average joe (me) it helps alot :)

I ve bought through both private and trade, both have their advantages and in some cases the price gap isn't that large.
