Brake Pad Maintenance Help

Hiya Techno-Chaps...

About to take my pads off for inspection tomorrow...

What do I do about:

1) Glazed pads

2) Cracked pads

3) Pads with chunks missing



Ive had them off before, and they looked cracked... (but Im a virgo, so they might not be that bad)...

Ive also noticed pieces missing off some of the edges... (agin, Im a virgo...)

glazed, will be shinney, two options, bin, or rough them up on a brick (i do)
