Blue 172/182 McDonalds Christchurch

Saw a blue 172 or 182 (can't tell the difference) in McDonalds car park in Christchurch on Sunday afternoon around 12:30 ish, anyone on here?. There was no cliosport sticker but ya never know.

Did it have a private reg plate?
Dark blue Mk1 172?

Don't think it was a private reg, it was something like 'FH04...' and it wasn't dark blue blue it was the lighter blue (not racing blue).
