Anyone else had this problem?

Quick search on Google shows that the handset software is corrupt.

If i reboot the software will i loose everything on my handset??

If the OS has corrupted then you're gonna have to re-install it. In doing so you'll format the handset, so you'll lose anything save to it (not the memory card). BUT if you can still get it to communicate with BB Desktop Manger you should be able to back everything up, including apps and messages.

Check out THIS thread on CB and follow the advanced procedure using JL Cmder. Whilst you're doing that you may as well throw the latest OS on for your model so download that from HERE (don't worry it will be multi language).

Seems ive lost everything...

Handset needs to go back to o2 for repair.

Where do i stand on refusing to accept the same handset IF they repair it, as i've lost all confidence?
