Advise please

I have 2 car insurance policy's

One with 9 years ncb ends this weekend,

And one with one year ending in a couple of weeks.

Basically I'm moving my 9years over to the Clio with one years so will only have one car.

My insurance has said it looks bad if there is a gap in insurance if I wait to add it.

Is this the case

Or do they just want the business...

Needless to say the online quote I've done looking else where is shocking

Ncb protected
9 years ncb
Key cover
Windscreen cover
Personal injury cover
Hire car

Works out paying monthly £95 a month....

Does this sound about right?

I'm 37 too, and have my partner on the policy.

Who have you rang? greenlight, brentacre, adrian flux, sky?

Im 27 and i have just paid £304 with adrian flux with 6years no claims keycover protected no claims etc

I had this issue with green light on 2 quotes on 2 cars because of postcode and have over 9 years nc
and went with Brentacre which was more the helpful

We can do certain Manchester Postcodes but only if the vehicle is used for pleasure use and under 5k miles a year.

If that is the case the prices can be VERY competitive. If you can restrict the policy to 5k miles and pleasure definately worth a look.

Damn, I pay less than that to insure a modded 2.6 V6 Vectra, a 2.5 V6 Mondeo (with the wife as a named driver) and my Clio 172.
