Possible abs sensor ?
Is it an intermittent fault ?
Get it on a clip or any diagnostic computer to check.
As for the Wipers .... Possible switch / airbag reel ( behind steering wheel )
Has it had a bump ?

As above

VF1CB1N0F25519512 ( oval plate CB1N / Fabrication number K002148 - eqpt level ES4 for a standard 172 or SPL for the Cup 172
Then select Bodywork - go to external trims

There are that many ancillaries fitted to modern vehicles that are interconnected to each other that would no doubt create a problem similar to yours if a circuit was wired incorrectly or earthed wrong. I'm sure it will be a simple fix mate.
Mate i would remove the parrot loom and if you can obtain a wiring diagram for the 182 harness. Once you have details of the wiring diagram i would rewire the Parrot with caution. I may have one on cd-rom - if so i will email you a copy.
Here is a set up of the 182 clutch pedal assembly - Ive had a few in the past were the clutch ratchet mechansim has failed. Personally i would shine a torch up there and continuously press / de-press the pedal and check for any movement or damage to the mechanism / cable.
A ph1 172 uses a digital input sensor plugged into the gearbox ( JC5 089 ) it will either be the digital input sensor at fault or the internal speedo drive. Usually its the plug in input sensor.
The 182 speedo drive is taken of the ABS system unlike a conventional gearbox that has a digital input sensor which is powered by a plastic speedo drive on a gear ( run of diff ) that transmits a signal to the ecu / speedo.
If there is a fault with with an ABS sensor / ABS ring / pump / or...
There isnt much you can do with a JC5 box on a budget. It's the reason i and many other people decided to go the VAG route when doing conversions. The Renault tackle just isnt up to it.
lol those were the days - do you remember seeing me go through the finish line sideways ? ( 120 MPH + hard braking + gravel = accident )
One of the reasons i dont go anymore.
A couple who used to race at York drag strip would pull up as smug as anything in their red Ferrari based MR2 wearing Ferrari jackets, Ferrari sunglasses and when it rained they even had a Ferrari umbrella - they used to walk round the place thinking they were royalty.
York is a dangerous s**t hole and i wouldnt recommend anyone take their car there. The farmer that owns the airfield refuses to spend any money on modernising the place but still charges silly admission fees and running fees. The track is covered in gravel which is extremely dangerous when...
What a f*****g mess.
Im a bit of a purist when it comes to E28'S and i think he has made a right balls up of this.

Find a donor clio with an elec PAS pump built onto the column ( no 13 )
I take it you have changed your rack when you removed the PAS system. If not it will be very hard to steer. I fitted a standard 1.2 Steering rack on my conversion and it was very easy to steer.
