I have a fault with my airbag system and the auto electrician said they have an auto reset facility on them, after the fault has been corrected. I would also advise you to change the airbag sensor, as I believe once it has been triggered it will need replacing.

I would say best to keep it in srorage for when the other goes bang lol....sorry I should be optimistic :) Usually they will be fine, I left one in the garage for years and it was ok. Best to turn the engine over using the crank every so often, keeps things rotating.

I'm not too bothered about the fitting as long as no modifications are needed, I suppose once its in place that should be it. I see it offers good value for money and seems very quiet compare to some.

I believe there is 3 mounts? 2 mounts hold up the rear boxes and the third is located just after the middle box.

Hi, just went to have my middle box replaced today on my 182 and was going to be just £65 fitted. However it seems by backs boxes are also perished. So now I have the dilemma of what to replace it with. Either the standard renault system or a full stainless steel. Any opinions would be of help?

I have exactly the same problem, however I manage to clear the codes with a cheap code reader of ebay for £15. However they have reappeared but have not yet changed the sensor/s. I wonder which one is most common failure.

My engine management light is on, I did a diagnostic and came back with bank 1 02 sensor 1 and sensor 2 as 2 error codes. I did delete the codes however they came back about 50 miles later. My question is both of the sensors identical, or a specific one for the front and back?

Just picked up my 182 and has a few problems. One of them is the Cd player, the mmechanism seems to be slow in loading and unloading and fails to play the CD. Goes back to radio, is this a common problem?

Not too sure lol, it's only done 45k and in silver though!! I think it's the full fat one whatever that means!!
