Why is buying a 172/182 so hard?

My key issue is that despite there being plenty of decent people on this forum etc. there are a lot of people in the wider community who want everything for nothing and are generally unreliable when it comes to viewing cars/parts. We are definitely at a turning point for values and there are...

Best 182 exhaust you can buy currently, that I can use on track.

Hi All, I have a Yozzasport exhaust with a decat currently on my 182, it sounds great but is too loud. Could anyone suggest an exhaust that will tone things down a little bit? The RS192 is cheap but I have heard good things about the pure motorsport exhaust. i know the question has been asked...

Replacing Driveshafts- tips/guide Clio 182 Cup chassis

Thanks for the response, I was under the impression that you need to replace the whole unit on a Clio 182 as it is all,you can buy? one driveshaft has torn boots and there is grease everywhere and the other has a lot of play and clunks...bought it as a project.

Hi All, I have done some searches but seem to get mixed opinions. I am looking to replace both driveshafts on my Clio, could someone give rough breakdown of what needs removing to get the driveshafts out? Some guides mention removing discs, calipers etc, is that necessary? Also i assume i...

Hi All, I have recently purchased a clio 182 and have noticed for the first couple of minutes on cold start, that it runs like a bag of spanners and is barely driveable. The car misfires and wont rev properly, it runs great after those couple of minutes and feels strong compared to my old one...

Emission light coming on... car runs fine

Hi guys sorry to revive a thread.... i currently have the sensor waiting to go on. Is it likely to be post or pre cat sensor thats faulty? and is it a case of trying replacing both and seeing which makes the light go out? I have a ktec sport cat if that makes any odds.
